To get your vacation off to a relaxed start, our prudent bellboys will help you with your luggage.
You are welcome to load and unload your luggage in the driveway, then we ask you to park your vehicle in one of the marked parking spaces.
Our locked luggage room is available for your luggage on the day of arrival and departure.

Your designer room will be available to you from 03.00 om on the day of arrival.
We kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 am on the day of departure and to leave by 12:00 noon at the latest.

There are 2 charging stations available at the entrance to the scalaria sunset wing. Please let our bellboys in front of the house know, they will take care of a charging slot for your car and inform you about the costs.

As the hotel access road is also a fire department access road, we ask for your understanding that we will take care of your car keys during the loading time.
If a longer loading time is required for the journey home, please let the bellboys or reception know in advance so that a slot can be reserved for you the night before departure.

The local tax (overnight stay tax) of currently EUR 2.40 per person and night is not included in the room price and will be added to your bill on departure.
Young people up to the age of 15 are exempt from the local tax.

A limited number of parking spaces are available at the scalaria sunset wing parking lot "P6" at a rate of EUR 10.00 per day | vehicle
Parking the vehicle only with a valid ticket

Public parking spaces are also available within walking distance (multi-storey parking lot or parking lot "Zentrum P3") at EUR 13.60 per day | vehicle.

For safety reasons, only hotel guests are allowed in the scalaria sunset wing area.
Hotel guests are requested to carry their room card as verification of their stay and to show it on request.

Our small but nice garage is available for cyclists to park and charge their bicycles. We ask you to bring your own bicycle lock.
We will be happy to help you find a parking space in the area for your car.

Here we ask you to bring your own lock. Or you can ask at the welcome desk to rent a lock.
